Important Information for Distance Learners
Student schedules can be found in Powerschool. Distance Learning will run differently than it did in the Spring. Students will have regularly scheduled classes and follow our A-F Day rotation. Students will be required to complete all necessary coursework in order to receive credit for the class.
Synchronous Instruction - Blue Days
Students are expected to participate in live synchronous instruction on Blue Days (Monday and Thursday). Your child’s teacher will send out links to video-conferences that your child will be required to attend. This will count as your child’s attendance for the class. If there is a specific reason your child can not attend the “class” please contact your child’s teacher to make other arrangements.

Student Grading
We will be following traditional grading procedures for Distance Learning students. More information on student grading policies can be found on our website.
Student Email
Students will be expected to check their email several times throughout the course of the day. Information was mailed home regarding student login information.
Supply Pickup
If there is a particular supply your child needs to pick up from the school, you will be notified by your child’s teacher. Supplies and materials can be picked up on Wednesdays from 8-3. If you are unable to pick up the item on that day/time, please contact the office to make other arrangements.
Please contact us if you have any additional questions regarding Distance Learning. As always, we are here to help. During these unprecedented times, our partnership is more important than ever.
Sincerely,
Andrea Kersten
