    In addition to the academic counseling provided to students, the school counselor works with students personal concerns, provides consultation to parents and professional staff, assists in conflict resolution and crisis intervention, provide social/emotional programming, provides individual and grlup counseling, and makes referrals to various agencies and other professionals for more intensive services.

    School social workers are trained mental health professionals who can assist with mental health concerns, behavioral concerns, positive behavioral support, academic, and classroom support, consultation with teachers, parents, and administrators, crisis intervention, as well as provide individual, family and group counseling.

    School Psychologists provide a variety of services, including individual student assessments of learning needs, student centered consultation for staff and parents, assisting students with various daily conflict resolution, and crisis intervention services for students and families.  The School Psychologist also addresses the specific needs related to special education students and the Committee on Special Education.
