Access to Public Records
-
The Board of Education has adopted policies for the compliance with the Freedom of Information Law and with the rules of the Committee on Public Access to Records.
In accordance with the rules, the Cleveland Hill Schools have made available for public inspection and copying various official records, including minutes of regular and special meetings of the Board of Education, public hearings conducted by the Board of Education, adopted budgets, Board of Education policies, orders of the Commissioner of Education, and court orders concerning Cleveland Hill School.
Official records, except those involving Cleveland Hill School pupils, are located in the office of Carolyn Robertson, School Business Administrator, who is designated as the Records Access Officer for the purposes of complying with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Law. Official records may be requested in writing at the Business Office on any regular work day between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Advance notice is required. Examination requests must be specific. Requested copies of those records which can be copied by machines will be reproduced at twenty-five cents (25¢) per sheet.
