Students in K & 1 made a craft to demonstrate the sun's harmful rays peeking around the moon. This craft was stapled to their glasses so they know when they see this in the sky they should put their glasses on.

Students in grades 2 & 3 modeled how the moon will cast a shadow on our part of the United States using playdough (the moon) and a flashlight (the sun).

Happy Valentine's Day! 🤍❤️🩷

Happy 100th Day of School!

During Parent Teacher Conferences, Mrs. Pokigo, Mrs. Wagner, and Ms. Valenti organized a CHES Clothing Closet. These clothes were donated by staff and families. Parents were able to stop in and grab whatever items they would like for their family! We are so appreciative of all the support we received and how many families were able to stop in! We will continue to hold more clothing closet opportunities throughout the school year! If you are ever in need of clothes, jackets, or shoes please contact the office.

Our kindergarten and 5th grade buddies worked together on a Valentine's Day themed science project today.

Congratulations to our Lexia Superstars!
