Cleveland Hill Middle School Welcomes New Assistant Principal
Cleve Hill Middle School is pleased to welcome Mrs. Angela Wilding as its new Assistant Principal. With 19 years of experience working in middle school education, Mrs. Wilding brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership experience, and a strong commitment to supporting students and families to the Cleve Hill school community.
Mrs. Wilding has spent her career working with middle school students in a variety of educational settings, including six years with the Rochester City School District, four years in alternative education, and the past nine years as a special education teacher at Clarence Middle School.
Throughout her career, Mrs. Wilding has developed a strong ability to create positive classroom environments where students can thrive. Her experience also includes collaborating closely with counselors, social workers, teachers, and families to address students’ academic, social, and emotional needs.
She holds a Permanent Mathematics 7–12 certification, a Permanent Special Education K–12 certification, and a Permanent Extension in Students with Disabilities – Social Studies for grades 5–9. She also holds Initial School Building Leader (SBL) and Intern School District Leader (SDL) certifications.
“I am very excited to join the Cleve Hill family as an Assistant Principal at the middle school and look forward to building relationships, supporting our students, and collaborating with staff and families,” said Mrs. Wilding.
Cleve Hill Middle School Principal Mr. Schmidt shared his enthusiasm about the addition of Mrs. Wilding to the school’s leadership team.

With her extensive middle school experience, background in special education, and commitment to building strong relationships with students and staff, Mrs. Wilding is excited to begin her new role and become an integral part of the Cleve Hill Middle School community.
