Buildings & Grounds
The Buildings and Grounds Office is responsible for the design, planning, and implementation of school construction/renovations; and daily school facility custodial/cleaning operations, building maintenance, and grounds upkeep. Included in this area: trade mechanics carpentry, plumbing, energy management; and HVAC and boiler maintenance.
Daily school operations include all custodial/cleaning operations, building maintenance, grounds maintenance, pool care, mail, and District safety and security.

Lead Testing
New York State Public Health Law and Regulations require school districts to test lead in water outlets that are used or have the potential to be used for drinking or cooking. Cleveland Hill UFSD made an initial draw on October 21st, 2025.
Results will be posted here when they become available.
